By accessing and using VumaCloud services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
VumaCloud provides managed cloud infrastructure, business applications, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Services are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. We accept payment in local currencies (KES, UGX, TZS, RWF, BIF) and USD.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include spamming, hosting malicious content, and attempting unauthorized access.
We guarantee 99.5% uptime for our services. Service credits will be issued for any downtime beyond this threshold as outlined in our SLA documentation.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive a final invoice and have 30 days to export your data.
